Fidel (Paolo Contis) are just a course on family Culinary Arts with a prestigious school in Europe and working as an assistant chef in Macau when he sued his mother Viring (Maricel Laxa) to return to their province for the anniversary of the death of his father. On his return, the ones referred Fidel heavy responsibility imposed upon him by his family, like the indebtedness and the conflicts involving the brothers. But the ultimate burden Fidel was accused by his Uncle Pinoy (Michael de Mesa) that she Filipino and he tried to flee his hometown. To refute this, he challenged his uncle to cook a delicious and authentic Filipino roast if he does not return to Macau and he mamamasukan his Unlce Christmas one year. Fidel accepted the challenge and he students making barbecue Mang Carding (Jun Urbano) known in the area as pinakamasuhay making barbecue. Fidel Valdes's grandson Mang Carding that Carmel (Marian) and he mapapaibig here as he will face the overlapping problems of his family. So Fidel win the challenge among the many obstacles he will face?
